World Cup - Cricket -Qiz & Ans.

Now that the semifinal line up is getting clear and South Africa has an uphill task to climb. the other battle between Sri Lanka and New Zealand is equally poised, the latter having an edge over the Lankans.

Answers:-

1) Mellow is the event Mascot for the Cricket world Cup. The Mascot is a teenage character called Mello who stands cross legged and tosses a white ball in the air , while leaning on a cricket bat.

2) The first mascot of a cricket world Cup was " DAZZLER ", the zebra i 2003 world cup in south africa.

3) Sachin Tendulkar received the trophy from sobers as " The Player of the tournament ' in 2003 world cup.
